This organisation with qualified rehabilitation resource team has been recognized as State Level training agency for disability rehabilitation. This organisation arranges various training programme for rural gross root staff, coordinators, Staffs of NGO’s working for disability rehabilitation, School Teachers, Parents and Family member of Persons with following types of disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, Multiple disabilities, Loco motor Disabilities Etc).
The training programme includes

• Identification of physical disabilities,
• Identification of needs of Persons with disabilities (PWDs)
• Planning for rehabilitation protocol for PWDs
• Training for providing rehabilitation services
• Training for evaluation and follow up services

This organisation for the first time in the state with a strong team of Physiotherapists has provided a training focusing on therapeutic aspects of rehabilitation of persons with following types of disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, Multiple disabilities, Loco motor Disabilities Etc).  This organisation has trained around 350 gross root staffs and coordinators of Tamilnadu Government Vazhnthu kattuvom project in Ramnad District and Viluppuram District of Tamilnadu. The staffs trained under above programme are successfully providing rehabilitation services in different districts of Tamilnadu.
