Vazhndhu Kaatuvom Project (Tamilnadu government empowerment and poverty reduction project)

Vazhndhu kaatuvom project is implemented by Government of Tamilnadu. This project is mainly for Rural Poverty Reduction for Disability and Vulnerability Economical Empowerment project in 15 districts of Tamilnadu.

In Ramanathapuram district JK MAASS foundation is acting as a Block Development Facilitating Agency (BDFA) in Mudugulathur (196 villages) and Bogalur Block (90 villages) . This district is economically, educationally and socially backward and situated in Costal part of South Tamil Nadu state, India. There are around 2500 rural person with disabilities are getting benefit from this project.
